Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to avoid the late rescheduling/cancellation/no-show fee.

Please, understand that our appointments are in high demand, when you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. When you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and other patients on our waitlist may miss their opportunity to get treatment.

Any no-show, late rescheduling or cancellation made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved treatment fee.

Late rescheduling/cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to your card on file or may be taken off of a package.

You will receive our confirmation email and you can reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling our office number: 703-268-5558 without a charge by contacting us 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis by Balance Art Acupuncture. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Balance Art Acupuncture will make the decision to honor your request on a case-by-case basis.
